C60 with Mark Sanford 4/28/10

This week’s edition of C60 goes back to 1978 with the debut single from Manchunian electronic terrorists Throbbing Gristle (pictured) called “United”. Also in the cards this week, NYC’s Madder Rose, the moody Sad Lovers and Giants from the UK and some bubblegum girlpop from Cardiff Wales combo The Darling Buds.
Each Wednesday at 4p and Saturdays from 10-Midnight CST, it’s classic indie galore on C60.

Affectionate Friend by The Wiseacres is one of my top 5 songs of all time – glad I am not the only one who has ever heard it!
